ZS strut braces

I know Mick has mentioned wanting a rear strut brace and I was planning on getting one for once the car is stripped. Theres a guy on Rovertech that recently made up a batch of rear lower braces, I have asked if he will be making any more and he needs at least 5 people to make a batch. That means I need four of you lot to put your names down

Heres what they look like only in black

There are no pivot joints to flex so should make a decent difference.

I asked him if he wanted to promote on here but he suggested I did so any question give us a shout.

They cost £35 or he did a collection for RT members near junction 9 M6 for £30.

I'm trying to picture the mounting position in my mind here. Will need to have a look tonight before saying for sure.

sounds interersting, but as Mick said canna really picture the mounting of it, could you ask if he has fitted pics of them please??

Apparently you o ffer it in to postition and mark the lower arm mounting points.

Take the two 13mm bolts out holding the reat lower arms in , drill through and bolt it on.

Hopefully someone will come back with a pic.

I'll still check under mine before committing as I won't be drilling holes to fit it, defeats the object really. Creating more stress points if in the wrong place.

Dont blame you Id feel happier if you did as well

This is true, Id prob get mine welded when I come round to having bucket brackets made up.
