There is even a MGF which is getting a KV6 and I've considered the same for my T16 maestro.

Ive driven the A3 1.4 TFSI and is is unacceptably slow. I honestly couldnt live with it on a daily basis. And im not just saying that because am use to a 180. Most of my driving is motor way, and anything over 60MPH and it's imposible to overtake. And it was a fortune to run because i constantly had my foot planted to the carpet.

Not for me. Especially at £17.750 OTR

i drove one of the worst driving cars ever today, a corsa D automatic, just wouldnt move, bad enough as manuals, but this thing just made more noise when you tried to accelerate

In total contradiction to everything i have just said, and with reference to what Ritchy was saying about turbos. We have an A1 1.4 TFSI in our range and it has 185 bhp and i must admit, its a right laugh to drive and surprisingly fast on the open road. Would be quite cool as a second car if it were cheaper.

Quite impressive getting 185bhp out a 1.4 even if if is turbo charged & supercharged. What is the general opinion on superchargers, given the F.O.C choice what way would you go for the Zed. Think the supercharger sounds much better than a turbo.
