His is a 180.

Yes it does, maximum power tends to peak around 6550, mine was 6533. Rev limiter comes in around 6700 iirc. No need to reach it as it drops off before the limit.

I'm tempted to do this myself but I think I'll get some golf (?) needles as well as they glow blue

these guys are a bit more expensive but will custom make the dials to any spec you want, im getting some when i eventually decide on a style

the ones of the bay do look cool though, any issues in fitting them?

I've asked Skewer a few times for dials... He's never replied... I thought he'd given it up.

If he is still doing it then I'll try again, but not good business practice to ignore clients!

no probs fitting them. got a little brightness controller, which i fitted in the little pocket to the right of the steering wheel (where the fuses are), and this can make it change to quite a nice Green colour!

the needles in a golf glow red and the speedo bit is blue,a think that was the only reason a bought a mk4 gti,it was a pile tho
