I'd go with black with grey decals as a low maintenance option. Or red with black decals for the higher maintenance option!!

I was planning on doing mine black with white decals

Slightly understated for some maybe but I think it will suit a XP Grey car very nicely!

Done mine yellow...........Hammerite. They look quite good, even if they do get dirty.

just found on ebay caliper clip on's. they are red with brembo logo on and cost £19.99. they literally just clip on exsisting calipers. does anyone think these would be tacky?

Not my cup of tea, I think if you've got those fat calipers and then a lil' OE brake disk cuddling into it, it'll look rather silly.

I painted the calipers red on my 120, I'll do it on my 180 also at some point. It's nice and subtle, but definately adds to the car.

Hi, i've posted the same pic before but what the hell. Any excuse. I did mine in red and used white xpower delcals and think they look the dogs danglys. I know clarkson had a bit of a dig about people who paint there calipers red on sundays top gear but **** him. hes a ****.

I used big wasa's tip for removing the rust, worked a treat.

Spoiler alert, pic heavy

Shame I was due in a meeting, but I was amused that this thread came up so soon after the Top Gear discussion, and I wondered if anyone would mention it! If you haven't watched it already, have a look on BBC iPlayer. Flippin funny, but then one of the best episodes of TG I think I've ever seen.
