The standard mani is very good, even better when ported. With these on a standard car the turbo will spool latter.

Its the same bore, the old up pipe was a bodge job, plus all the heatshields where rotting off so decided to go for this instead

It will also need remapping after the full mani is fitted or it will run like sh**e. Apparently an up pipe alone is ok but full blown jobbie like yours needs the remap.

Our guy seen today, mains & big ends knackered, crank ok though. We bought Roger Clark uprated oil pump, a sump baffle plate to prevent oil surge. Cosworth bearings going in and a set of new rings. Just bought uprated ecu too so she will be 300bhp at the end.

Yeah i'm getting it mapped after its built and ran in, hopefully by andy forrest. Its 300ish at the moment as far as i'm aware but not wanting to go crazy on the mods, if it ends up running crap on the manifold i'll just take it off put the old one back on roger clark wanted 189 for an up pipe plus postage, but prospeed did a manifold and uppipe for £230 including delivery, seemed a bit of a no brainer.
Theres a place in bishop auckland, japanese import car parts, they are considerably cheaper than rcm for the same stuff, got the full gasket kit for more than 100 cheaper(subaru set), really cant fault them, bought my crank from there too.
Considering rebuilding the turbo before I put it back together while its off as well

Cracking! Have you got a link to Bishop Auckland website. After an uprated fuel pump at the moment. Roger Clark £100 and one on ebay which supposed to be better for £52 delivered?
