Pics of you Stainless Tailpipes

Hey guys, I have just booked my car in for tuesday next week to have CAT back system made up. Can you post some pictures of single exit exhuast types you have fitted with an approximate size and description ie size of pipe and and size of back box exit.

Has anyoen ever put a twin style exit on the back not a duplex two pipes from one back box?

something like this

Thanks.

Didn't Dan have twin squares done recently before he sold it? Twins will get a bit tight as the heatshield shape doesn't really offer a twin set-up, but that will depend upon the pipe O/D and pitch.

Mine is the Janspeed Xpower probably 3" exit. Think I prefer slash cut just like OE. Think the twin pipes are more suited for the ZR.

Maybe you could get twins in standard heatshield if you can them round but with flat side - like a D shape, flat to flat if you see what I mean.

I'm not too sure whether you can buy this anymore. Maybe Janspeed sells their own version rather than labelling Xpower. The exhaust is not loud comparing to most but do produce a rasping sound when accelerating hard. Afterall it is part of the Xpower range so you wouldn't expect to be chavvy loud.

Had mine done by "Longlife" in St Albans.

£300 for a cat back. Loads of choice on exit pipes, but mine - square - did get a lot of positive comments.

Best one for the back-box which, it was pointed out needed a small section cut out to accomodate in the rear valance. Basically, the bigger the box, the quieter. I asked for a mid-sports sound. It really was perfect if I'm honest.
