Talking will only get you so far. Maybe its just me but next time you see him doing it again go outside face to face and let him know if he keeps it up there will be consequences & repercussions. Two can play that game

thats the problem his 62 plate nissan note (mobility) is parked in a garage, lucky if it goes further than 200 yards to the shops, i'll play him at his own game just need to make an evil plan

:-@ ok polite words were spoken yet the problem persists, got myself 8 bags of wild bird seed for this old f****rs driveway, no more mr nice guy cos i just t-cut and polished the zs yesterday

Get a car cover. Not worth it. If he causes problems for you with the police, neighbours etc - you'll be seen as the problem.

Get a pet hawk, and train that to stand guard, or fly guard, bet the little birds would soon learn.
