Coilovers wanted
Hi all, after a set of coilovers for a 180 either AVO or Gaz, have to be un-siezed and not leaking. Height and stiffness adjustment are a must.
Let me know what you got. Cheers, Phil

Hey, the civic ones are still going strong thanks, been on since the October before last. I just want to upgrade because you can't adjust stiffness of the civic ones so when you go really low they get quite soft. They are fine for a 50mm drop or so though.

Fair play then mate, wondered how they were doing a while ago. I thought if going very low you would start to notice the difference but if theyre still going strong you cant complain i suppose.
Looked good on them too. Anyway I hope you get a response about the proper setup for it.

they will likely be 2.25" or 2.5" internal springs, so you need to measure internal diameter, from there work out a suitable rate and length.
they come up on forums from track car users second hand, or new you could try faulkner springs or ebay, jjc on ebay.
why not post a wanted across the forums?

Its a good idea with the springs but if Im going to all that trouble I might as well upgrade the dampers too at the same time for little extra money. Cheers for the PM though, I appreciate it.
