MG ZS health check

Sooo with the winter pressing on I though i would tally up all the things in my 'to do' list for the zed.. which are as follows..
Sticking rear handbrake mech both sides
'Glazed' Disc and pads o/s front
Oil Change
Full brake fluid change and bleed
Replace Front splitter with modded one
Fix radio and clock issue.. fit new clock.
Rebuild and test modded VIS motors
Clutch Change
Replace Back Box after old dear bent it with her car
Replace alloys
Fit o/s rear bearing kit.
Fit Ebach springs I got of mick.
Think thats about it.. hope this holiday thing plans out becaue that will give me the extra time to do it haha.

So i'm interested in what's in your 'to do' list?

Fit new strut and suspension arm
Fit new rotary coupler
Refurb alloys into gunmetal grey
Replace blown bulb behind dash
Oil and filter service
Repair seats (few rips)

How im going to pay for it is another matter!

laguna splitter
rear headrests (if i can find 'em)
machine polish

No1 - fit site stickers
Fit HU
Do bumper sag fix
Finishing de-bobbling seats
Sort any leaks in boot that remain after bumper fix
Refurb wheels
Fit catch tank
Sort srs light
Find xpower gear knob & fit
Sort out paint work with a good detailing session
Sort high level brake light
Fit private plates when DVLA sort it out
Tints
Lowering springs
Mist jets
Upgrade washer pump
Headlamp washer to fit
Get her round knockhill with my experience day voucher

Well ive had a list since I bought the car, but its looking good now alot has been crossed off heres what Ive had on my desktop for a while

Replace engine/ get running ---Done

Waxoyll underneath-----------Waiting for summer
Sort out catch tank-----------Done
Fit HIDs----------------------Done
Diff + bearings----------------Done
Lightweight Flywheel----------Done

Upgrade brakes---------------Done / possible further upgrade
Bucket seats-----------------Still deciding
Replace air filter setup--------Waiting for summer
MIst Jets---------------------Waiting to get my arse in to gear
refurb/refit coilovers----------Figuring out where to get seals

Move battery to boot---------Will depend on stripping

paint new cllipers
fit 180 brakes all round
fix crack in bumper and smooth bumpers
fit cupra r splitter and paint
get wheels refurbed and powdercoated
smarten up engine bay
stainless exhaust inc sports cat
fix carpet in boot
sort phone holder
vinyl interior bits
tf steering wheel
then on to getting new bits for the engine cams and the like
remap
bloody good clean inside and out.

Mechanically
1) Fit left hand exhaust sheld.
2) Powerflow dual exhaust.
3) Remount catch tank and plumb
4) Remove silly filter on the throttle bypass and route it as per O/E.
5) Remap.
6) Replace N/S/F caliper.
7) Fit braided hoses.

Electrical
8) Fit viz indicator lights.
9) Fit interior/exterior temp/clock properly.
10) Fit R45 headlights (may tint the indicators).
11) LED bulbs for rear lights.

Fix
12) Bluetooth on H/U.
13) Drivers heated seat.
14) Dent in pasanger front wing.
15) Remove resonator box.

Finally I may go for a 1" suspension drop but that is a big maybe.

Hmm, to do and already done aye? will try to list in as close to chronological order as possible.

Replace windscreen with green sunstrip one - Done.
Replace arial - Done.
Fit catch tank - Done.
Fit rear arch liner and fuel line cover - Done.
Waterproof boot - Done
Sound proof all doors and roof - Done.
Adapt resonator box - Done.
Upgrade panel filter to Greens cotton airfilter - Done.
Fit LED side lights, number plate lights and reverse lights - Done.
Fit LED Interior light and upgrade TF mirror with LED's - Done.
Mount scangauge on top of TF mirror - Done
Fit OE Rear parking sensors - Done.
Eliminate saggy rear end - Done at same time as parking sensors.
Tracking - Done, twice already and needs doing again. Thanx snow!
Reduce swirls - Done.
Repair washer jets - Done.
Repair ATC - Done. Thanks Sheddist.
Repair AMP - Done.
Replace bonnet release cable - Done.
Replace bonnet latchs - Done.
New battery - Done. well its still in the garage.
Nearly new gearbox and clutch - Done.
New rear disks and pads - Done.
Belts, water pump, tensioner - Done.
Flywheel - Done.
Fit twin horns - Done
2 new valves and new headgaskets - Done.
Replace post cat lamba - Done.
Fit MIL kit - Done, Thanx Jay-ZS+
Replace precat lamba sensor bank 1 - To do.
Fit bonnet lifters - Done.
Black oak console and dash strip - Done. Thanx Mark.
Traffic Master - Done.
Stop clutch pedal squeek - Done.
Stop heater blower piercing shrill! - Done.
Secure powersteering hose - To do.
Sort out a new rear badge - To do.
Refurb 11 spokes in graphite - To do. All this salt on the road ain't been kind.
Sheddist clutch kit - To do.
Full leathers/Alcantara - Im dreaming!

Theres other stuff i've done but forgot, and still things i need to do but cant remember what they are. Its a work in progress
