Mk2 ZS180 for sale (low miles - 58,000)

Hi there,

As a result of a number of different personal factors I have decided to sell my ZS180.
Here is the info -

Now offered for sale is my MG ZS 180 in ignition blue. This car has been totally reliable for me and has had no expense spared just to keep it that way. The cabin is well appointed with very comfortable seats and climate control. It is also low mileage at 58,000.

In the last few months it has had the cam belt change which is a full days work, during which they change three belts and the water pump. It also had a full fluid change (oil/water) at this point. Most of the quotes I got done for this were the best part of ?900, so it is well worth checking if any MG v6 has had this work done if it is at 60,000 miles or 6 years old.

Following this it has had all the brake disks and pads changed. Having seen some corrosion on the disks this seemed to be the right thing to do when the pads were due a change.

The car is standard apart from a pipercross induction kit (original airbox included) and a stainless steel exhaust as shown in the pictures. This is a cheaper and better option than the standard one as it doesn’t corrode. It also has a Sony Bluetooth stereo in it for handsfree calling and music streaming.

The car has recently been detailed inside and out, so is looking absolutely brilliant and free of swirl marks. The colour has really come up better than I had imagined it would! It does have a couple of age related small imperfections and stone chips but these are all in line with the age of the car. The previous owner damaged one of the rear arch flares, due to the difficulty of finding a new part the other flare has been removed to match. This solution, I believe, actually looks better without the flares on than with the flares on. You will see this in the pictures and the good flare will be included with the car.

This is an MG which has had all the right money spent on it in the last couple of months to provide many more trouble free years of motoring. It is taxed until June 2011 and has 10 months MOT.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to ask. I am interested in all potential swaps or part exchanges so please just contact me with the details and I’ll let you know. I’m particularly interested in diesel 4x4 cars for the commute that I now have to do but would look at anything interesting.

Price - ?3,200.00

Looks good - in some of the shots mate.

I'm not so sure about the rear spats - I think the car looks like it's got something missing - and you need to really try to get hold of another. Shame about the seat bolster and the wear on the steering wheel especially with such low recorded mileage.

Mechanics sound good and the rest of the bodywork looks spot on. Good luck selling.

If that were me, yes. It'll be a more complete car and easier to sell perhaps.

i think that is definatly a good idea to get that done, to me its a big offput that not being done, maybe get him to give the sensors a light coat at the same time so they dont stick out so much
