Yer I thought it was follower ralated, guess I could have another go at getting the sump off to change the O-ring as have read of them causing tappet sounds on the ZTs.

To be honest I'm not worried about it, its just embarrassing rattling away.

The bad pick up pipe O ring was only on the early KV6 !! It might pay to take the cam cover off to take a peek?
