Whats in the box?

Emailed a local engineering company who specialise in injector extraction but listed bolt extraction on their yell page.
Hopefully it can be done and picked up within a day at work as its about 5mins from my workplace.

Better than me ruining things!

I didn't manage to remove any of mine so don't know if they were thread locked or not, I would use a star washer instead of thread lock to stop them coming loose although mine haven't come loose yet.

Where did you get you thinner nuts from to stop catching when lowered pete?
Was it the castellated nuts that you got reduced?

I'll try the star washer I think.
Clean the shims up and I'll reuse them as for £10 cheaper I can get the refurb kit without shims!

They were reduced hex Nyloc nuts, I might have some left over, but I'll find a link in case I haven't got any.

You'll need 2 form A washers as well they are 2.5mm thick so spread the load.

I'm really trying hard bit to start painting my spare set of mk2 11 spokes in that purple! Haha!

I imagine some engine parts will end up purple.

The stuck bolts are going in tomorrow to be professionally removed by this guy.
