lol yeh they are standard springs which have been cut and an extra two coils put in them, how does that work you may ask? Well the simple answer is it doesnt and there is not a chance my motobuild springs are cut standard springs. From somebody who has actually owned, fitted and driven on motobuild springs I can assure you they are not cut nor have I had any other problems with them.

Well obviously I cant talk for the 4 pot petrol ones they sell, if you say they arent up to much then Im sure you are right. All Im saying is the 180 ones cannot be cut standard springs because they have more coils in them than standard, the fronts taper towards the top as they should and the bottoms are correctly wound so that the last coil is flat.

I ended up replacing my rears with the black type which are for the diesel/180. I cant complain as they lowered the car nicely. Dont have a problem with them at all. I just heard in another post that they were cut. I'm just a little annoyed with moto-build selling me honda parts at a premium which dont fit my car.

Probably those or custom jobs, although I hear that the xpower ones dont actually lower the car that much.
