A Royal PITA

After my accident recently, I took my car back to my local garage who repaired the car by putting two new ball joints on and reassembling everything else (which he assured me was all ok).
Paid the man and left, took my car back to him to swap some tyres around onto some better alloys I picked up.
His machine to take the tyres off conked out so he put the nsf wheel back on and I went straight to the local tyre place for tracking and balancing done.
Man comes up and says 'can't do your tracking mate, your tie rod end is bent'. So he suggested I get this fixed elsewhere. Then he proceeded to take my nsf wheel off only to find the retard at my local had threaded some of the nuts. He put some new nuts on my car for me and I got a tie rod end from parts place (and caliper) and booked car in at new said garage (as recommened).
Following day took car in to new garage, left it with them. I returned and the bloke said that my local garage had put the wrong ball joints on.
Now I'm really pi55ed off!!!
Went back to my local and he is now saying it was the part co. at fault as they sent through the wrong parts. I told him I don't care who is at fault and he needs to get the parts money back to me along with the labour costs to put these on as I will have to pay the new garage to put them on.
He's also saying that the tyre place must of taken the nuts off wrong and threaded them (don't know how that's possible) even though this is what their speciality is??
Annoyed is an understatement!!!!!!!!!!
