Seriously .... We all go on about the belts - but how many Mk1s are out there having done the 90K and being 11 - 12 years old and are still going strong.... Loads of them .... If you need the peace of mind - fair enough.
You can get an engine for £350.... with the rest of the car for another £150 thrown in !!!!

Couldn't agree more. For the cost of the belts to be done at some places you could buy another nice ZS from somewhere, maybe an even better one!!
