mg zs turbo conversion

hi guys, been out of the mg fold for ages now but always promaced myself i would be back into it one day, now funds are available i want to build a mg zs turbo, what options are there available, i have about 9.5k including buying the car to spend so would think i could build quite a wepon for that type of money?

With that budget you could be looking at a late mark 2 and a VAG lump which has much greater tuning options than the T16.

My plan is a saab b234 2.3 monster. Lots are making 500bhp for lowish mo ney.

If your paying for the work then the vag conversion would take some beating.

I love my 180 but I dont think I could sink 9.5 k into one.

A turbo ZS would be better suited Adams too young for a ZT.

speak to either reyland or ade at AA autosport, theyre the people who do the most conversions id say, possibly drew as well but not seen much of his work

for 9.5k you will have a monster build, epic engine and one hell of a setup! Don't go VAG whatever you do, its a british sports car and deserves a british built engine, zee germans have no place under a ZS bonnet
