How easy is it to put a ZS seat in?

I was told I need a Rover 400 seat and change the cushions and covers over for ZS items. It drove really nicely and Ralph used to drive it to tracks do a track day and drive it home with no problems. Better than a standard ZS on and off track I would say if you like a firm precise drive.
