today's purchases

Well got a bit of spare brass so i've ordered a few bits

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2210698719...#ht_1305wt_952

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3705548408...#ht_1305wt_905

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1808970960...ht_3595wt_1185

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2210724999...#ht_1611wt_952

Obviously not to everyones taste but i like them, the only trouble is after fitting these parts or before the rest of my engine will need cleaning, whats the best way to do this, am i able to just take a jetwash to it or do i have to be a little more subtle?

Dav is on a distinguished road
I like the idea of the last item being powder-coated, would look good colour coded.

I'm more for removing weight

Does look good on a well cared for engine bay.

Removing weight eh? What about this?

Compare the size difference, weight difference is as noticeable too, old one weighs 18.5kg, new one weighs 5kg.

Ok... so not mine and not in an MG - Although apparently the smaller batter is much better than the larger one... am trying to find out more info

Yeah thats what i thought as well but they don't do it to a specific shade, its fixed colours. i've got a mate who works at a coatings factory, five minutes from where i live so i'll get him to do it when i get bored of polishing everything
