Your insurance company is duty bound to cover any health issues related to an accident surely? I had a small payout a couple of years ago when I got rear ended in the Discovery. Same for the wife when her Jimny was written off and she got injuries. Check your policy and its cover regarding this, if it is there and they are being awkward contact the ombudsman or threaten to. Otherwise contact the third party's insurer involved and who were at fault to register the claim against them.
These 'no win no fee' companies take a huge wedge of the claim, so beware.

ULR rejected the claim as they deemed it road rage, and the third party contesting it

My 04 ZS 110 was written of by a councl van back in 2001 when it was 15 days old with 800 miles on the clock and not only did they replace the car with a 54 plate ZS with a slightly better spec i got a £12000 insurance pay out. Granted it took a year to get it but i persevered and knocked back 3 rediculous offers before i got the £12000

What ever you decide to do, do NOT use your insurance company. Get your own RTA solicitor on the case. Your insurance company will shaft you even if you think there doing well.

ULR. - uninsured loss recovery
Going through someone else now, Chattertons Solicitors from national accident helpline, it is 100% to me as if they take on, they take another insurance to cover them
Am annoyed about legal cover - seems a joke tbh!!!

Surley road rage is a matter for the police and crown prosacution (sp) service to decide, not your insurance company.
