Avo spring rates

Evening, anyone know what the stock spring rate is for the front/rear that Avo ship on there shocks??
Been looking today but can't find it or any markings on the springs.

they are sometimes right on the top of the spring on the flat bit - the last bit of the coil, you will need the springs out to see it. they probably use faulkner springs or similar.
