Back 3 aren't bad if you have the right selection of extensions and a uj, when I did mine I used the plug socket with a short 3" or 4" extension, a uj, then a 12" extension and ratchet handle, when you fit the new ones, push some suitably sized flexible plastic or rubber tube over the end of the plug so you can guide it down the plug tunnel, and get the thread started.

I did them with a universal joint the same as Pete.

When I started them I used the spark plug socket and just the short extension by hand.

The back 3 are a bit tricky to get to - but with a good wobble bar certainly do-able.
