Nah its just the way I drive I know I can get 'economy' out of it......but I prefer the speed
Jim
Yeah but i drive enthusiasticly too and there are far more rural routes to enjoy around Lincs' than where you are but I and everyone else here is getting supperior economy to you so it's either one of two things ; 1) Your car is fooked or 2) you need to stop pretending your on a race track !

I opt for number 2 if I am honest
People only ever get in a car with me once dunno why.
I hope so bud, not being preachy but i'd hate to hear of someone i know-of being involved in a bad accident - especially one they couldn't live with I always say enjoy the power, but use your head as well as the foot

Wise words bud. I will try using my head on the throttle tomorrow see how I go. I dunno who will steer though
i have managed to get 330 miles out of a full tank of fuel in mine but that just wasn't driving at a slow speed that was also giving it a bootful of throttle overtaking the other slower drivers aswell.but if was to drive it hard all the time i would only get 300 miles out of it
i did do sixty miles a day for five days a week and still have enough fuel for a one way trip to my place of work but would have top it for the return journey but that was before i got another car to use for my journey to and from work
