Last time it was on a dyno it was 170bhp and 270lbs-ft; but I've since had fuel taken out to try and help the HG (it failed to achieve it but it helped a little), need to wind boost down to sub 18PSI, but then it smokes too much for MOT!
Once I get the new turbo on, I can get it mapped to safe limits without the HG going - we know that headlift occurs if we see sustained exhaust manifold pressure over 2bar (I think it was, need to dig into my build thread)... so as long as we keep it below that (or a tiny spike as the turbo vanes adjust), we should be good...
ultimately I'm looking for torque 250-300, but as flat from 1800 rpm to 4200 as we can get for driveability.
should be looking at peak power for around 200-240 sort of mark at that rpm.
Buuuuuut..... I need to use different injectors (had some 6 hole custom built already, with higher break pressures) and then remap accordingly, as the current ones I've got can't do more than 170bhp's worth of fuel up top, even on a bigger turbo.
