will it fit into any mk1? i have the older style digital clock so not sure if it would be a straight swap?? has anybody else done this, and maybe a silly question, but, how does it alert you to traffic????

idge2003 will become famous soon enough
Recently fitted mine into a MK1 it recieves messages from roadside senders and tells you how far away the trafffic is and on what road, junction etc!

I have had the segments light up but as yet haven't gone anywhere where it has warned me off looming traffic which could be seen as a good thing!
