134 + 40 = 174 bhp does that mean my fuel pump might go bang??????

One of the things putting me off doing it.

I meant about 40bhp over a standard 101bhp map - if you've already done other mods then the gain is less. You'd be lucky to get more than 160bhp with that little list.

Have to have a TY, SDi's fitting meet.

I bought the flexi bleed off pipe, to do at the same time.

Dont try and get more than 150-160 tops on a standard turbo - they just do not flow enough air to keep the smoke down - and you will see a massive rise in exhaust gas temps....

also if you go above 250-lbsft torque you need to uprate your clutch...

i got my set of SDi's for ?15 , no idea the mileage either, i had the nozzles cleaned in solvent before fitting them to the injectors again - old nozzles have slightly larger holes and put more fuel in - otho not as 'well' as new ones.

it is about ?25 per injector to get them calibrated iirc from an injector specialist.

Sounds good to me, i want to get a stainless steel exhaust system fitted before the SDI's then get them in then a remap, but that will be next year.
