Been a long day.

Had the full day on the zed today.

Started with the R45 headlights. Not a bad job that was couple of hours gone.

Bonet catches stick so stripped and greased them up and thats another hour gone.

I sheared the nut of the battery tray last winter so I chopped the captive nut of and welded a new one back on.

Then fitted the sheddist kit. A couple of hours to fit it. A couple of hours trying to bleed it, Not sure what was going on there. Good pedal but kept seeing bubles in the bleed pipe Then an hour to set up the bitting point and pedal stop.

And the test drive I have to say the clutch is well worth doing before it pops. Old one looked fine and did well for 82k but It was hard work getting gears in the summer or after a fast run.

Dropped my battery bolt when I stuck a new battery in, disappeared somewhere in the engine bay.

Rimmer bros do a s/s bolt and clamp for a fiver, so got that fitted now.
