marcy mcb weight bench and weights
brand new condition tbh,...hardly used as i pulled my back quite bad at work and im not pushing my luck anymore on the weights!!

high load capacity bench, holds up to 600 lbs.
Has adjustable incline bench and adjustable height legs for bench press, preacher curl attachment and leg extension attachment.
Also approx 180 kilos of weights inc 20k plates and 10 k plates, couple of bars and dumbels. Also adjustable squat stands.

200 quid the lot, pick up only, nottinghamshire area.

but have to say, thats once nice bench and alot of kit for ?180!

I'd buy it if I had the money!!

I think you'll find thats the problem with most people at the moment, its having the money to pay for things like this...
