mg zs 120

right got a slight water leak on head gasket just behind where alternator is so want to get it sorted before i get problems what is the best gasket to use as there are different ones any help would be great cheers

you can get a upgraded multilayered headgasket that would be the best way to go it was landrover that developed it

& you can use the new N-series gasket as well

IMG can leak and run round engine to where you say.

Inlet has been changed also its got a missfire but rev counter stays where it should unlike older cars the rev counter bounces around ????

There is a full headgasket kit which includes an uprated hg, new special bolts and a new bottom rail that should also be changed it the same time!! The full kit costs around £100 on the bay i'v done lots of freelanders and never had a problem yet
