Trading In?

Right this may seem mad, after stevie180 was looking for a straight sway with my zr120 for his zs 180 but i really have my heart set on a facelift motor! So looking for a bit of advice really, where would be the best place to trade the zr in?? how did maxxed ross do his?? there is no where near here that has a mk2 zs in stock so it would really be a sell the garage my car not buying one though! got an offer of £2,880 from one online buyer(like jamjar stylee). or has anyone got any better ideas?

aye jam jar were a good bit lower than even that other offer, one cheeky lot even offered just 2k!!! she is on everywhere, including PH, but reckon it is really wrong time of year to be selling privately!!

Maxxed_Ross has a spectacular aura aboutMaxxed_Ross has a spectacular aura about
I saw the ZS I wanted on autotrader and since it was a garage I asked about trading in my ZR. A few emails and lots of pictures later we had a gentleman's agreement on the price

I got what I wanted out of the deal and paid a reasonable price for the ZS

Best bit is the ZR is still on autotrader months later... now for almost what I got for it!

You'd be better off waiting until the new year once everything has died down and start again. You might be lucky and find someone who is after one, but has their money at hand for booking their holiday with the girlfriend or soon to be ex
