MPG ...never been anywhere near this figure before?

Wow .... 54 reg 180 .....just done 330 mainly motorway miles, driving 60 MPH, with some occasional enthusiastic green lane driving (to/from the MWay) .... and filled up at a cost of £54 .... the unleaded was £1.28 .... so I reckon 9 gallons used so an amazing 36mpg ..... I've never been anywhere near this figure before?
I filled up to one click, then topped up to the next litre .... the fuel tank shows full ... can't help thinking I didn't fill up to capacity

That's good going! I've never had more than 350 miles from a tank in a 180.

We used to do manage that pretty easily in ours, cruising at 80mph or so on the autobahns. Cruising at 100 and it dropped to about 32-33.

I managed 400 miles to a tank once. Could done a little bit more miles as it wasn't totally empty yet.

Managed 37MPG on a drive up to Scotland 2 years ago. It is very possible on mainly motorway cruise.

Do you all work as drivers for Miss Daisy by any chance?

Never saw 300 out of any of mine - more like 250-260 and I spent most of my trips on the M'way. Saying that - getting about 23 out of the ST at the moment ....

I too managed 400 miles once, driving over night on quiet motorways aiming for the best possible consumption, normally I worry if I don't make 200.........

I got around 400 on my way up to Inverness and driving around the black isle now for those not in the know that is a mixture of A and B roads with very occasional dual carriageways.I think.it's getting more fuel efficient the older it gets.

Mines pretty much always 25mpg during my commute, Id be damn lucky to see 300 miles out a tank.

Hence why im looking at a diesel to commute in and save the ZS for weekends.
