Talking At home servicing

It's that time of year when I like to service my cars ready for winter, I usually use an oil like Triple QX 10w 40 oil and generic plugs and filters however I'm thinking of upping my game this year so I thought I'd ask what you guys use/ think is best in the way off oil, filters and plugs

So let the discussion begin what's best and what's worst?

Yeah, that oil should be fine in a 120.

I have always serviced my own cars.....every 6 months, oil, oil filter, pollen. New plip battery and new blades.........oil is the life blood, good to keep it fresh. Makes me laugh when we see the new cars at work go 20k before change!
