Chrome Dial Rings!
Rare as fook and i think these ones will fit.....

Rover 200 ones will only fit a 200/25/zr

the rover 400 ones will fit a 400/45/zs

the 200 ones are flat at the bottom whereas the 400 ones are a complete circle
