Trackday

Got my first trackday tomorrow in the ZS at the Silverstone GP circuit.
Really excited and nervous at the same time!

Cars been stripped out and feels pretty nippy with the new induction!

Ive done some experience days at Rockingham before in a Cooper S and Elise, but using my ZS should make it quite different!

Oh have fun, yes I know that nervous feeling.

Just get a very good night sleep, get there early and eat well. Its actually a rather exhausting day.

Enjoy yourself, just take it easy for the first few laps before going gung ho! It pays to warm the tyres and brakes up for a couple of laps, also make sure the fluids are tip top. If it's an all day affair come off regularly to allow the brakes to cool down, check tyres and fluid levels. You'll be surprised how quickly the brakes can fade when used heavily.

Drive within your comfort as you'll need to get home

I want to do one of these... ZS or maybe something else. They are all on the mainland though and to go just for that makes it very expensive.
